Assorted Sets

"While Flag Day (June 14th) is not a public holiday in the United States, Independence Day (July 4th) is, resulting in the wonderful creation of the star-spangled Assorted Set of cards in this collection that pay homage and honor to both Flag Day (on the outsides) and the 4th of July (on the insides). Old Glory was initially adopted as the official banner of a free America by the Second Continental Congress in 1777, during the Revolutionary War against Great Britain, and it represents the values of liberty and justice that have made America a beacon to the rest of the world.

The Best Card Company constructed the Flag Day Mini Assorted Ten Card Set so that you can patriotically and happily send stunning stars and stripes greetings to all of your loyal friends, family members and coworkers, as well as salute the men and women currently serving in our Armed Forces and the veterans who have previously served with such distinction and courage in defense of our great nation. The stirring greetings feature the star-spangled banner painted on brick wall backgrounds, in both clean and distressed condition, symbolizing the enduring unity of the fifty states of the United States of America. While the number of red and white stripes in the flag have remained the same, representing the original thirteen colonies in North America, the number of stars in the blue corner constellation has grown to fifty over the years, befitting the actual number of states in the union. The symbol of freedom that the flag represents has never diminished, a beacon to people all over the globe, and your fellow flag-raising and praising citizens."
